ReplyDeletePauleen the hat attracts many differing comments ;) I'm not up with materials but I do remember it was scratchy! Sort of lace over silky stuff? I do remember the waist ribbon was blue :)
DeleteKerryn I remember mine was tulle net over a hat base...my cousin may have made it as she was a milliner but Mum also made them so would have to ask her.
